Hello i need some help i already installed fog lights on my berlingo b9 2010 , and the car have the cables there to connect fog lights and i change the controlers on the steering wheel but the lights dont turn on , i need to activate something o bsi???

You need to activate it with original diagnostics.

PSA Diagbox software and Actia Lexia-3 interface required. Windows 7 x 32 bit only. Or Virtualbox VM.

Nope, sorry. It's too complex. Search for YouTube tutorials. I have it, and have used it for years but it is massive and a nightmare to install.

Not possible to give a quick how-to in a post on here. YouTube and lots of reading will be your best guide.

It is not easy to install and not easy to use. You can break your car permanently with it. Powerful, but also dangerous. But, the only software which can code new parts.
