I changed the fuel filter and sucked all diesel from the fuel filter housing. How can I bleed the fuel system? I can’t see the primer anywhere. Owner’s manual says that there should be primer in front of the air filter, but it isn’t there.
there is a procedure in user manual:
Fill the fuel tank with at least 5 liters of diesel.
- Turn on the ignition (without starting
the engine).
- Wait about 6 seconds and
cut contact.
- Repeat the operation 10 times.
- Actuate the starter to start engine running.

What year is it? Looks like the one without the bleed pump - so you use the ignition to prime it after filling the filer up first of course.

Ah I missed that in the title, but we must have answered at the same time. Same thing.

Just to add, I have performed this procedure many times, sometimes after 10 cycles of ignition ON/Off the engine starts and stalls after a couple of seconds. Then you need to repeat ignition ON/Off 2-3 times and after that everything works well.

Thanks for the help! I went for a quick test drive and car feels powerless. Engine revs, but accelerates very slowly. I think my Berlingo went limp mode?
A week ago engine light, urea and warning triangle popped up. Main screen says emission and engine fault and I got 1100 km until starting prevented. Last saturday the car was running great although it had emission fault. Code reader says fault P2200 and UO29D. I will go see a mechanic.

You are probably at 160k km? And so the DPF will be reporting end of life, and Eolys PAT fluid likely deemed to be empty. Garage time.
Urea is Adblue issue - could be low on fluid, clogged injector, failed pump, last one is not good.

So the NOx sensor could be the only issue.
But probably the Adblue injector is also clogged. Hence the NOx levels are too high. This can easily happen especially if the tank is filled with Adblue which was more than a year old (petrol stations are guilty of keeping stock way past the shelf life of one year), which then crystallizes in your tank and injector. Never use two year old Adblue, throw it away.
Let us know how you get on at the garage.
A full tank of Adblue should get 12,500 miles so the average annual mileage for most people, some do a lot more. In my case I do 5k miles per year.
This makes me prone to Adblue issues as mine will still be sitting in the tank from being filled, 2.5 years later instead of being used up in a year. Likely it would crystallize before then. This is why BlueHDi are no use for people who do very little mileage, and why they go wrong so often on low mileage cars.
My next car will be a petrol.
