eco mode berlingo wont start

   I own a 2005 berlingo 1.9 diesel DW8. It has been completely bomb proof up untill a week ago.The battery went flat  which it has done on many occasions and a battery charge sortred it out. This time I went to start it after charging the battery and eco mode came up on the dash.Symptoms: turns over but wont start. dipped headlights  radio, washers and wipers not working.  Central locking works fine. All dash lights and other equipment working Tried forums to find out the fault and tried  a BSI reset. Nothing.  Tried  diagnostic equipment. All the previous items that did not work before would work when instructed by diag. ! fault code fuel at -40c !!!!

The problem was the key  with the centrol locking working and had become  unprogrammed to the van or faulty.Tried the spare key with a chip in it and away it went.
Everything working.
