Question for all Desire owners
#1
Heart
Bought a 2007 Desire the other week, really good condition but... looking at the top of the roof, there are all sorts of bits of moss and black slime there. I can see that water sits in puddles on top. Wondering how do other people look after the joins on the roof for other soft-tops? Is there anything that I shouldn't do?

I am thinking so do a few rounds of bleach, then purchase this trim off Aliexpress (for about £10), 2.7cm wide:

2/4/8m Windshield Sunroof Rubber Seal Strip 27mm Upgrade Car Roof Window Edge Seal Protector Waterproof Dust Proof Weather Strip

You have a Berlingo soft top? Can you post a picture? (Use "new reply" button and "browse" for your pic, "add attachment" and then "update post"..you can add up to 5 pics per post)

Yeah, some pix would be good.

I don't think bleach is a good idea though as it may attack the plastic, there will be better tips for cleaning soft tops elsewhere, maybe a forum like the MX5 owners or even 2CV owners for example.
