Hi, new to the group. I have a 1.4 petrol Berlingo on an 09 plate. It had a dodgy LPG conversion which I'm trying to remove due to what I believe is a failed live. BSI and ECU / fuse box all tested and working fine. Does anyone know how I can get a wiring diagram for this model please? Auto electrician is currently stumped. Thanks. Haynes diagram about as much use as a UK government.

Hi you'd be advised to get Citroen ServiceBox as a VM from eBay - It has the official schematics for everything. I was about to post a link to it in the how-to section but then realised it was the Peugeot version, I'll try to find and put up a free Citroen one soon. It is cheap from eBay. Needs a laptop and VMWare Player to run, which is free off the net.
Meantime, I'll dig out what I can find, there isn't one single diagram for the whole car, it's in sections by function. Which exact section or function do you need, bear in mind the LPG is not standard so won't exist in the schematics and the engine itself is not a function for a schematic, they're listed as starting, injection, cooling, charging system etc.
There is no way anyone can "test the BSI" as it's a CAN network bridge, multiplexer and Immobilizer all in one. (with a fusebox for its own controlled output functions stuck on the front of it)
Here are the schematics for the BSI and PSF1 (engine fusebox) for a kick off. I'll get more stuff tomorrow for you. I don't keep the petrol stuff in my drive as it's not often required.

(27-03-2023, 09:55 PM)Zion that\s awesome thanks. Currently the vehicle won't start and diagnostic is saying it's a failed live to the engine fuse box PSF1 . Auto electrician is trying to strip out old LPG conversion to get it back to original state but unable to find any wiring diagrams for it at all. I would imagine starting would be the one to start with. Wrote: Hi you'd be advised to get Citroen ServiceBox as a VM from eBay - It has the official schematics for everything. Also Zion, don't think I made it clear, this is a Berlingo 600 van it has no electric windows or Aircon. 09 plate with BSI and PSF1. Friend has one same year but totally different set up with relays etc. Can't weigh up why there's no diagrams readily available. I have forwarded him what you sent, thanks. I'll see what he comes back with but if you have anything potentially to do with the starting wiring, I'm interested.
1.4 Petrol schematics PLUS LPG version, CNG version and mixed version.
