A quick query. Should the dials (speedometer and rev counter0 be illuminated without the headlights being on? I ask because mine are not, which is irritating when going through short tunnels, when I don't need headlights. If they are supposed to be on, are the bulbs easy to change?

They are dark, for that reason I leave my sidelights on at all times. They go off with the ignition.

I've not tried one myself but you could always try fitting one of the cheap OBD2 head up display units that projects speed/rpm etc onto the windscreen?
