Play in steering column

Not sure if its pay in the steering column universal joint that extends to the lower UJ or if it's the tilt mechanism.

All four bolts which attach to the dashboard are tight. The nut with the blue washer, I'm not sure what that does but is quite loose, tried to loosen and tighten it with no difference made. I think it adjusts how easy the tilt mechanism can move.

Any advise on how I may tighten it or is replacement needed? Its mainly horizontal play, I don't know if this is normal for the berlingo as ive just got mine?

Is this movement with the clamp on. There is movement in mine till the clamp is applied then movement is nil.

Yes with clamp on or off. Do you have movement from side to side? Could mean my clamp needs adjusting or is broken. I got it to hold firm on one adjustment but havent been able to replicate it.
