TU5JP 1.6L PETROL torque settings for exhaust manifold

Hi guys, can someone tell me what the torque settings are for the exhaust manifold please. Also I expect that they need to be bolted down in a particular order if anyone knows this

I don't know whether there is an a 'official' figure, personally I'd nip them up a bit at a time with a 3/8th ratchet working from the middle outwards.

Depending on which bolts you want, the exhaust manifold to catalytic converter 15Nm, exhaust manifold to cylinder head nuts 20Nm.
