Washer

Does anybody know what these washers are called as I need 4 more but slightly smaller.

Cup washers tend to be for countersunk screwbolts  and I want them for domed or button bolts.

I have spent ages Googling for these and had no luck.

I feel your pain, I spent an aeon searching for the very same myself to no avail sadly. My only suggestion is to buy a former die and press your own in a vice
