Just pressing all the links in the MyCitroen app, as you do, to see if it makes any sense yet, and found my e-Berlingo XL has a recall. Booked in for 2 hours in 2 weeks' time, so I can only assume it's not life-threatening.
A. Anybody else?
B. Any ideas what might be the problem?
C. Why leave it to chance and the app for me to find out?

I can’t find any recall in my MyCitroen app. Do let us know what it was when it is done.
I the app pretty rubbish, half the time it fails to show new journeys, then suddenly finds them days later.

I found "My Recall Campaigns" (pessimistic from the start, Citroen) in the my-this-that-and-the-other menu when you click the second icon.
You can also check online on https://www.citroen.co.uk/maintain/safety-recall-check.html and type in your VIN
But in either case it just said "Contact your dealer".

Ah, I have found it now. I would have thought that they would tell us about a recall, rather than us having to trawl through obscure sub-menus to find it.
Anyway, thanks for posting about this: I will contact my dealer on Tuesday, after the Bank Holiday.

You might ask your dealer what it's all about (I was in too much of a rush to think of it) - perhaps it's to avoid what's happened to my son's e-Corsa, currently pretending to be a brick on his driveway with "Traction System Failure".....

Checking online, it seems to be a faulty configuration of the battery control unit, which could lead to a loss of drive. It is sorted by a software update, which the dealer will do.

I assume you're referring to the Vauxhall/Peugeot problem rather than our Berlingos?
EDIT
just seen car-recalls.eu. So it is eBerlingos. Report dated 28.03.23 and nobody actually tells us?

The MyCitroen app actually flashed up a reference to a recall today, but didn’t say what it was for.

Just booked mine in on 15 June. They said I could wait whilst they do the update.
I think that yours is booked in before mine, so could you please check how long the update took, and let me know. I don’t want to be hanging around for hours!
