Rear wiper keeps randomly going off with water

What the hell!?

I know there is a feature for it to automatically go off when reversing.. but this is something else. Every 10-20 mins it will suddenly just clean itself!

Any idea where to start trouble fixing?

Mark lightfoot [ex-contributor-RIP] suggests a probable cause might be damaged wires in the rear door conduit. He was an independent Citroen specialist garage and gave a lot of advice in the past about symptoms he had come across working on Citroens.

Worth a look to start with.
