Is there a way of telling if a K9 has park assist from looking at the car, for example should you be able to see sensors on the front bumper?
Thanks

Could try phoning a dealer - should be easy info for them to give out.

Mine has the feature and also front and side parking sensors. I suppose the auto parking feature requires a camera and the side sensors (cross traffic alert).
EDIT: yet to try if it works, two years in. Probably will not.

Thanks
Normally parking sensors are little discs arranged along the bumper, rear only or front and rear. If there are no discs, you don't have park assist.
I expect you aren't talking about some self-parking function but a system to warn when you get close to touching something when parking?
I think everyone is over-thinking the question.

K9 has automatic (hands-free) self parking feature in upper trims such as my XTR.

Ok but park assist is not self-parking so I assumed they meant the former.

Thanks for the replies. Sorry for any confusion caused. I did mean the self-parking system which Citroen refers to as Park Assist.
The reason I ask is that I've seen vehicles on sale with the sensors on the front side of bumpers and wondered if this meant they definitely had Park Assist or could just be front sensors.
Very few cars for sale appear to have park assist option added, or at least they're not listed as having it.

The sensors are for a system which beeps when you get too close to an object. This is not the system that parks the car for you.
Ps if you can't park a car, you shouldn't be driving one in my book. Self park is for morons.
