How to set timing on 2006 berlingo1, 1.4i engine

Hi, it seems that my berlingo jumped timing, so how do I set the timing properly? It seems that the camshaft hole and crankshaft hole at the transmission dont lign up, and cannot lock both with their bolts. How do I go about getting the timing on the engine correct? Thank you for any advice.
