I can answer calls with the right knob on the end of the radio stalk but it doesn’t always end the call when I press it, does sometimes but not always ? Any ideas ? Thank you.

I don't have the stalk for phone calls but a button on the steering wheel. Can confirm that it mostly does not hang up the call. Does work fine when pressing the phone button on touch screen.

Thanks for the reply, how very strange ? ! Yes you’re right the button on touch screen ends the call. I need to get to the bottom of this or I won’t sleep at night until it’s resolved lol.

As I replied in the PM, holding the end button on the audio stalk ends the call. The manual states it must be held for a few seconds and that is how mine have worked. It needs held so you don't cut the call off by accident.

Tried that still didn’t work, noticed if I make the call I can end it with the stalk button but if someone rings me I can’t end it that way, not 100% sure but that seems to be the case ? Cheers

Could be actually, the Citroen firmware in the vehicles is a bit wobbly at times and disjointed at best.

It’s not the end of the world, it’s only a company van that I have for a year then I go back to the Ford transit connect which is miles better looking than this Berlingo imho, just hope my new Ford has a bit more power. Thanks for the help.
