[Warning Light] Help decifering Various diagnostics. Camshaft. EGR. Flow meter. Relay Circuit

Hi Folks! I was wondering if someone can help me figure out what needs doing to a Berlingo I have recently acquired.

After my original one died I've been looking for a new berlingo for a while and I ended up being given this 55 reg car in exchange for an old pair of pa Speakers so the veichle itself stands me to next to nothing.

It has an engine management light on and I was told that it definitely needs a starter and with a quick look at the engine it also wants some fresh o-rings on the injectors but I drove the car back and it drove fine baring a little bit of pull back occasionally which I figured would be the EGR valve.

After putting the car on to my lexia it gave me the following errors.

   

   

As I suspected I've got EGR errors but that's easily fixed with a new one.

However, I have no idea on the Camshaft, relay circuit or flow meter errors.

If anyone could enlighten me I'd be very appreciative.

These could be fake errors caused by a dead battery, or genuine bad codes like the power circuit fault to the injectors.

The rest are just MAF power, EGR stuck and dead camshaft position sensor.

I would charge the battery to the max, then try again, clear all codes then read again. The codes could be old codes from before. You dont know if any are actually current.

Then the other possibilities are a faulted ECU due to chewed wires, water ingress or a bad jump start the wrong way round. The black positive cable throws people and they often jump these backwards, killing the ECU and BSI.
