MK1, MK2, MK3? Which one is it?

New member and just bought a Berlingo to change up into a day camper with tentbox on top. I would love someone to identify if this vehicle is MK1, MK2 or MK3 and what this actually means (it seems a bit confusing when just googling). Cheers!
