2009 rear wiper

can someone please tell me the correct size for the rear wiper multispace 2009 1.6hdi.

The one on the car is 16 inches 40cm but everywhere is saying 14 inches.

If a 16" one fits and doesn't hit anything, then either would be fine. A bigger clear area is better than a smaller one.

Very true however I don't trust insurance companies as they look for ways to get out of paying

I doubt any of them would refute a claim over the length of your rear wiper blade.

The 16 inch blade didn’t work properly on the out edge, just smeared from new.

Just a guess the rear window has a horizontal and vertical bow so could that be why the 16 inch didn’t work properly. Excellent wipe with the 14 inch.

Great stuff, so that nails it. Often Halfords get it wrong so it's good to see someone figure out the correct size.
