Bonnet releas

Has anyone found a supplier for a bonnet release cable?  All the ones on Ebay seem to be for the B9

Mine feels a bit dodgy and I want to sort it before it breaks

The cables for the B9?? would they be too long ?? or too short ?? if short ? obviously no good !! if too long ! surely you could shorten them !! ???I've done it in the past with bicycle cables !!

having finally made sense of the release lever in the cab using a photo in my haynes manual, a mirror, a torch and the camera on my phone I have worked out that a PO has been too heavy handed. Fortunately they dont appear ro have brocken anything, just flexed the pivot out of its mounting hole. All back in place now and all is good. I am just struggling with being a contortionist
