Starter motor part number
#1
Starter motor is starting to give a bit of trouble and I will have to fix it soon.
$900 dollars to fix it. Anyone have a part number?
Price of starter is $531.
Anywhere I can get one online that won’t s**t itself after a month?
Hard to get parts in Australia and they cost a fortune from Citroen
Any help appreciated ??

Using your vin look up the starter motor part number at the link below...

What do you mean by it's giving trouble?

Starter motors are normally very reliable, it's almost always corroded electrical connections or worn carbon brushes inside the motor that cause problems, the brushes can be replaced quite cheaply and in most cases the motor is like new again, often the hardest part of the job is removing the starter motor from the engine.

There's lots of videos on youtube detailing carbon brush replacement, the starter motor may not be from a Berlingo but the principal is the same.

When that happens it's normally the brushes or the solenoid, both of which are replaceable and will be available on ebay.
