I still don't understand how swapping it makes a difference. Bypass it, yes. Swap it for another one, doesn't make sense in how it will work just because it's a different one?

I'd never heard of a coded stop solenoid. Maybe just that it's covered up and if you could get to it, using an alternative 12v supply would make it work.

Fought me abit.
First a missing injector return pipe connector was missing so it was drawing in air.
Found it on a ledge of the engine, luckily.
Had to order a pipe blank for the injector from euro car parts, which came yesterday.
Then my battery died.
Luckily my mate had a spare for £20.
No beeping from the unpaired ecu either.
Happy days.

So no swapped stop solenoid needed, as said before. Good to hear it's working. You were missing a leak-back pipe. That will do it every time.
