I have a clockspring problem I think.
Anyone know where to buy a comprehensive servicing manual for this model, (not Haynes etc too basic) I need to see full breakout of Clockspring/airbag components.

Pretty certain nothing exists for the K9. Now only a subscription to Citroen online ServiceBox will have that info. 8 euros per hour the last time I had to use it. You also have to set up a trade account with them, and switch the site to English as French is of course, the default language.
Google will jump in and translate it which breaks the functionality of the site. Find the language button and change it to English yourself and turn off goggle translation for the site.
Plus the site itself is absolutely dire to navigate round as well. Take a look and see what you think. Access has to be pre-paid.

https://service.citroen.com/ Thanks for the info.
A quick look at the site tells me that the only comprehensive coverage is for I and II Berlingos.
I think it will have to be trial and error for the fault I have. (Horn wont work Airbag light on)
Thanks for the response.

Set up a free account, enter your VIN number and see what comes up. Citroen can't possibly only have data for the previous models before yours.
Here's a snapshot from my trade account:

Brilliant, glad to hear that. I edited your post to take out the huge HTML block. Looks better on the forum.

Have now solved the clockspring/dr airbag problem, turns out it was a bad earth to the airbag.
Have now purchased an icarsoft FR ver 3 OBD diagnostic machine which I am assured will work on my Berlingo K9
However when I use it it asks to identify the ECM Engine Control Module with a list of choices
EDC16C3
MEV17_4_2
HDI_SID807_BR2
EDC17C60
VD46
etc etc
Despite spending a further hour on the Citroen service website I can find no ref to the ECM unit for my VIN
Anyone have any idea how to identify the ECM configuration which I should select ?
I have tried the diagnostic option on the vehicle display unit but it only gives info on the Nav and A/V equipment side. I was hoping for a list of modules fitted !
Any help appreciated.

I've not found anything that works properly except the factory Diagbox software. No matter what the vendor says (icarsoft included). The newest ECU on that list is the EDC17C60 and that's what the later B9 has (mine included) so you are unlikely to have any
of the ECUs in that list as the others you mention are way older.
Find your ECU, try to read the label on it. You won't find it in any documents relating to your van, or on the Citroen website.
