[Warning Light] Dash lights

Is it normal during the bulb check (just before starting the engine, just ignition on), only these three lights show up ? no stop, oil, abs etc

My first Peugeot in a while, the old man had a few and I distinctly remember atleast the STOP sign coming on for example. I have my theory but willing to hear what we think.
