Edit Reason: correct model of ecu
)
Hello.
As the title states, i have a Berlingo 1.4i with an engine ecu, Sagem SL96.
The problem with the berlingo is that it can't pass the MOT emissions test, CO2 is very high. Should be 0,5% and the reading is about 8%.
So far the tests i have done, checked with Lexia and have the results postes here.
The Engine ECU, doesn't read the lambda sensor (only has 1), but if i connect the pin 3 of the sensor to negative terminal, it shows values BUT 750mv to 900 ...
If i place aanother sensor but without being placed (outside) the value drops to 50~75mv but the emissions go even higher.
The exhaust pipe has been fully checked and some leaks repaired.
The lambda sensor was recently purchased and is a Bosch 0258006027. The previous had the heating resistor burned.
The catalyst weems to be in working order, no problems in stalling or turning off.
MAF is new.
Does anyone have and idea of what could be causing this ?
The next images shows the errors on each ecu BSI, instrument and Engine:
Tested also with a Magneti Marelli IAW 1AP 81, nut the result is this:
The Ox Sensor is always high, 2499mv.
