Rattle
#1
I did a service a few weeks ago and had to remove the undertray. Since then on a couple of occasions, very low revs, just pulling away, I would get a rather annoying rattle.  I took a look to see if the tray was loose, but all was OK. Poking around I found the front inner wheel arch 'could' tap on to the sill. So by slacking off the bolt that connects the wheel arch to the undertray I could reposition the wheel arch and stop the rattle. I'm guessing that when fitted at the factory the position is fixed, but any removal of the undertray could cause this.
