Gentlemen.
I am after some advice please.
I have a 2016 Peugeot Partner that runs well, but has developed a couple of issues, which may or may not be an electrical fault.
We had a long spell of wet weather and I got two error codes
U1213 - which seems to have a variety of causes.
U029D - which I believe is Nox sensor.
I cleared both using an ODB2 reader, aired the under bonnet electrics and haven't had any repeat.
I recently started getting
P20F6 - which might be Adblue injector stuck open
And more recently
P20E8 - which could be adblue pressure too low.
Could this be directly linked to the injector being stuck open?
Sometimes I clear the errors and it may be ages until they reoccur, or they may happen again within 10 minutes.
They also seem to self clear from the dash warning and usually only P20F6 is recorded in the saved error codes.
The car won't be used on road, just for shifting crap around my site, so I'm reluctant to spend over £1000 on a new plastic adblue tank, though a new injector might be doable.
I would however like to get rid of the warnings and messages.
The car has been very reliable and too good to just scrap, so I'm tempted to just rip out the adblue system, or get it coded out, as it's SORN..
The car is great, but the adblue system is complex and expensive garbage.
So before I decide what to do with it.
Will Lexia / Diagbox accurately diagnose the issue.
If it is the adblue tank, will Lexia allow me to just disable it and the injector, or is that going to cause a thousand other problems?
Or do I just need to live with the annoying warnings and keep resetting it?
P.S I've just seen DarthMarks post, so that could also be an option.
Thank you

I can't find those fault codes in the official list. But on a 2016 you cannot code or program anything out using Diagbox as it all went online @ Citroen only, in 2015 so vehicles from there onward, can be diagnosed with the pirated version but no recoding or changes can be made.

Thank you Zion.
That saved me some time.
A question though.
I keep seeing engine tune specialists who claim to be able to map out the adblue, nox etc for PSA cars among others.
Scam or ?
They appear to be established companies, as well as ebay specials...

Yep there are people who can do that, using specialised interfaces like Kess or Galletto and the right software, so they aren't a scam, but not with Diagbox. Just be sure the person has done the Adblue delete before on this vehicle and knows what they are doing. Others have had it done and it came back with errors which wouldn't clear later on.
Established companies I would say, are best.

Thanks again.
That's exactly what I was worried about.
Creating bigger problems further down the line, just to deal with a current annoyance.
What is the mechanism of action for adblue injection.
Is it a run time, distance, or temperature trigger to activate the "squirt"
Mine now always signals the error with the
P20F6 - "Reductant injection valve stuck open", followed 30 seconds later by
P20E8 - "Reductant pressure too low"
I'm away for a few days, but when I'm back, will try and clean the injector as a first go, then have a look at the adblue pump itself.

Quick rundown on the two emission systems you have:
The Eolys system for the DPF is based on fuel in the tank / fill-ups / mileage, and only injected at 5ml per shot, once on filling up and shutting the tank cap then starting the engine. a 1L pouch or 1.5L tank should last around 100k miles.
The Adblue which is for catalyst NOx reduction, is injected on the basis of the NOx sensor calling for it in the exhaust gas stream, which can be constant depending on engine operating conditions. A 17L tank should last around 12,500 miles. Biggest issues are crystallisation of the Urea from the age of the Adblue since it only has a 2 year shelf life max, blocking the injector and the supply pipe, or the exhaust having a small leak close to the engine (flexi for example), and the injector in use constantly to try to correct what it "thinks" is a high NOx level.
High temperature combustion of fuels where the temperature is hot enough (above about 1300°C/ 2370°F) to oxidise some of the nitrogen in air to NOx gases, generates levels that require controlling and removal. A small exhaust leak can pull in fresh air, then the hot exhaust gas stream at the beginning of the system oxidises the Nitrogen in this air (which was pulled in but hadn't been previously burned in the engine) so the NOx sensor goes off the chart, and the ECU pumps loads of Adblue in continuously, trying to control this "fake" NOx (It's real of course, but isn't actually coming from the engine)
.

The adblue injector is positioned nicely just behind the front bumper.
I've got the clamp and (ping away) spring off, along with the adblue hose, but how on earth does the electrical connector come apart?
Bl***y thing. :
Never mind. I just did it.
The yellow spring clip was a red herring.
Possibly the least obvious connector I've seen so far.

Just listing my actions to sort the issue, before either mapping it out or replacing parts.
Removed and cleaned injector.
Checked it for operation with a hand pump sprayer and a 9v battery.
Couldn't remove and clean Nox sensor without a crowfoot - ordered.
Went to remove Adblue tank, but found it was still full - not good.
Found out that you can drain the tank in place - which was a plus.
Filled with water and leaving overnight to see if it helps.
Question for Zion.
If I do decide to replace the tank (found a new one for £720)
Does it need to be coded in via Diagbox and can it be done on a 2016 model?
Thank you for all your help and advice.

I am pretty sure it doesn't need the tank coded, and on the 2016 model you couldn't do it with Diagbox, no. So probably lucky there.
I was going to suggest getting it mapped out, as they only tested for visible smoke on diesels BUT see the info here from an MOT tester training centre in the UK: (i.e. do not get it mapped out or removed)
"In 2018, the DVSA added emission tests to the MOT. MOT Centres now assess the amount of carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons in your vehicle emissions as part of an MOT. They'll also check for nitrogen oxide levels if you drive a diesel vehicle. "

I was about to admit defeat and order a new adblue tank, but saw this on the advert.
Installation must be carried out by a Pegueot / Citroen main dealer or an authorised PSA service centre with the official PSA diagnostic tools. Failure to do so may cause issues when fitting this part and will invalidate your warranty.
Damn.
They don't make it easy do they.
