I think you start by finding any faults, then go through them. The vids should show how to do that, and there are many many threads about Diagbox on here as well.

What year is the vehicle?

Anyway if it's just fault codes you want, do global scan, it tests everything. Then click the device showing a fault code and it tells you what's wrong.

The F5FF I've seen before, it's a weird one but basically means the BSI was not shut down properly, as in battery disconnected or wemt dead flat, without the BSI being allowed to shut down to sleep mode before it happened. If the battery dies in use, it can't be helped so the BSI will flag this code anyway.

A proper BSI reset would clear it.

The second code is loss of comms with the rear park assist ECU which is stored behind the panels in the boot on the LHS. Could be a blown fuse, or a wire break for example. If the ECU is offline for any reason, the code is the same.

I posted the BSI reset procedure in the tutorials & how-to section, have a look for it there at the top, in the pink section. I put lots of useful stuff there.

The fuse is F14 on the BSI for the rear park assist. I've posted the fuse diagram below.

The search box is top right on the site, shown on every page.

Ok well it's a case of checking wiring, or maybe the parking ECU has croaked. Or the CANBUS wires are damaged to that ECU (white and red twisted pair)

Has it never worked, or did you connect anything like a camera to the rear lights? Or a towbar?
