Hi. I have just bought 2017 Berlingo. It has the touch screen. I need to connect my redmi note 11 pro 5g to it for navigating, Spotify etc. Can someone advise me on the process please

If it's Android then it likely won't work. Mirrorlink from Android phones, is not supported.

Although my Berlingo do not have a screen and I do not know about the screen, but for Android phones, at least my pixel 6a, as it said in the Android Auto, it can only adapt to cars built after 2020 or 2021? Your 5G phone might also can only adapt these new cars. If you want to use your phone for sat nav and spotify you can try a bluetooth to radio transmitter, it require 12V power on your car, for B9 Berlingo its near the passenger window button. You can buy it on amazon for approximately 10-15 pounds?

Or if your newer 2017 Berlingo have an AUX? My family's car in China have that and I always use an AUX cable to link the audio to the car for sat nav and spotify, all phones we used from nokia n73 to iphone 12 can use it. If yes the quality of the sound must be much much much better than bluetooth to FM transmitter. My 2011 version do not have and that transmitter is mightly the only choice. Or if you have a touch screen then just link your phone's audio to the car by bluetooth?
