That's a Stretch Berlingo?
I'd examine the back of it from underneath for cracks...
Also, how many miles on it?
The rear axle has a tendency to fail after 150K miles or so on a regular Berlingo. You can recon it yourself, or buy a recon unit. It's a bit of a faff to do the job, but possible even in a driveway.

Gadgetman do you have any personal experience of Berlingo based Romahomes?
Not a stretch Berlingo at all, it is a fibreglass coachbuilt on a Berlingo platform cab. Yours is built on an M59 chassis. Having owned them for 16 years I can yell you they are very robust. They do suffer from the normal Berlingo problems, some need a replacement rear axle others dont just like other things that can go wrong. Romahomes are no heavier on rear axles than other Berlingos. I dont understand the comment about cracks at the back
