Please, is there anybody out there can prevent me from going into total breakdown (Me not the van). I have a 2017 berlingo van (B9) that is in what I believe to be permanent limp mode. Diag box is giving the following fault codes in ECU along with the normal management and fault warning light.
P0483-81
P0693-13
P0480-13
P0238-00
P0098-00
I have checked all the wiring from fan and relay units as far as the ECU which does not show anything out of the ordinary, the only thing that I am obviously unable to check is the ECU/multi pin connector making a proper connections.
I have purchased and installed a new fan relay and checked that the fan runs when powered, but still nothing.
My local PSA specialist maintains it is a wiring problem between the fan and the ECU but does not want to get involved any further.
This fault came up all of a sudden after a 280 mile trip.
It seems a pity that a £6-7k value van has to go to the scrappy for the sake of an electrical malfunction.
I would be really appreciative of any help or hints that anybody would be willing to give.
