P1755 semi automatic gearbox actuator fault

Good afternoon, not having much look with my new van. Last few mornings when it's been stood overnight the following morning I'm getting no gears. Just stuck in neutral. After 5/10 minutes with engine running and a couple of restarts I can get the van moving and it's fine all day until the following morning. The error code is P1755 relating to the clutch actuator.

No specific info, but my starter for 10 would be to load-test the battery. Beyond that, earths. After that, a general poke at the wiring, fuseholders, etc., looking for corrosion and looseness.

I'm booked in with an independent citroen specialist on Friday, luckily I took the extended warranty. Hopefully he can diagnose the real fault. Strange thing is, it drives lovely all day after the issue in the morning after been stood.

Wonder if in fact its actually battery related? This morning i tried something different.

Started the van and left running for approximately 5 minutes.
Then selected drive and bingo, straight into gear no issues or faults.

I wonder if it's not getting enough charge, going to work in the dark, coming home in the dark. Lights on, heating on, bloody stop start every few minutes. Plus the overnight temperature. Just a thought maybe the battery is the cause?

What was the fix? I've only got reverse
