Hi there, well I've been a petrolhead for many years but last week I bit the bullet and bought my first ever van, it a *cough* Peugeot Partner 1.6 hdi *cough* berlingo :lol: Not exactly as sporty as what I'm used to, but needs must and I must say that I'm not dissapointed with the nippiness of the 1.6 hdi unit.

I did a few searches for bits and bobs and this fine forum keeps popping up, hope you don't mind my gatecrashing in my pug

"Howdy!" is, in fact, the corrrect form of greeting.

My 1.6 HDi Berlingo, which we got 15 months ago, is my first diesel. I think I've just about got the hang of it now - and, to be honest, I must say I prefer it to the petrol engines of my previous cars.
