Would I be right in saying that the true recorded milage of the vehicle isn't necessarily what might be shown on the dashboard? The reason I ask is that the recorded milage on DiagBox does not correlate with what's shown on my dash display. I suspect that the DiagBox report is in Km, not miles?

That's the case on most vehicles, OBD records in km's and the dashboard displays it in miles. Does the old MOT history line up?
Could be worse.... Could be a Caddy.

Yep Diagbox is in Kms. But it tells you that.
