The workhorse

Just realised I've not really put any pics up on the forum yet, So I'll do a quick timeline. Its a 2004 Peugeot Partner 600LX (2.0 HDI) Paid £2000 last summer, it had about 105k on the clock (now upto 121k!) but bugger-all S/H, so the first job was get it in for a timing belt!

As I bought it

Then fitted some new discs/pads and calipers off a 306 XSI, as the standard brakes were knackered! Oh and some roofbars as I need to carry ladders and the bike about.

Fitted my old Lenso RS5's, though these didn't last long as the tracking killed both front tyres Sad

Had the tracking done (it was miles out!) and back on went the 14" steelies (AKA the roller skate wheels ha ha!) Gave them a quick (and I mean quick..no preperation done to them) whip over with the satin black spray paint

Then had an argument with a metal bollard Sad

Clutch went Sad

Bodges Big Grin (Handle snapped...Still to fix this one)

Bought some 8.5x15" Weller steelies on Ebay

Test fit of the wellers...Got poke?

Had the coilovers fitted by RickyP RPM

Future plans..Summer service,Stage 1 remap and fix that bloody handle! De-badge it this weekend hopefully, Get the wellers re-furbed and fitted, Black mask the spare headlights I now have and find a Berlingo grill to have a go at de-badging sometime. I'd like all this to be sorted for French Car Show ideally, but we'll see as time and money is tight!

Shiney new number plates have arrived too Big Grin Gonna get them on this weekend if the weather plays ball.

Nah its quite light by hardtail MTB standards, one of the main reasons I bought it! I'll do a quick write up about the headlights when I do them..Gonna do them at a mates as the lady of the house wont let me put car parts in the oven lol.
