Some folk with TomTom LIVE Sat Navs are not receiving traffic information and other LIVE services etc, It seems some of the effects could last for a number of days.

Seems that gps problem was caused by this being a leap year, LIVE problems caused by fire.

We are aware that some customers are not receiving traffic information and other LIVE Services (error 148). This is the result of a fire in Vodafone's datacentre in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

Vodafone is resolving the situation. We have been told that some of the effects could last for a number of days. We will give you an update as soon as we have new information, please check updates here:

Got to say that recently I have had really good customer service from TomTom ( on-line chat ) support to rectify problems etc.( just a pity the problems happen in first place ) but getting the problems dealt with quickly is a good sign.
