A few general questions

Hi i just bought berlingo 2008 hdi 1.6 with 113,000 km .
I have a few questions about it.
1) When do i have to change timing belt?
2) The gear stick is very loose (like in neutral) when it is in the gear, what might be a problem?
3) The oil check stick don't have the metal tube around it , where can i get this part online?

For question 1 search this forum. Timing belt issues have been covered. I'd say your due for a change.

For question number 3 have a look on ebay.

With regards to cam belt , if you have no proof that is has been changed , get it done and don't risk a hefty repair bill should it let go :thumbsup:

Give Google a try and see who exports to your country. All my sources are in Germany.
