Remove sliding door

Hi

I soon will have to change the nearside rear door. I have had a quick look at the existing door and it seems it may not be easy.

Is there anything I should know or any tips before I destroy anything?

No worries, Watch the door when you detach it as it might swing on to the paint work. I put an old blanket around the top of the door to stop it rubbing. alut:
