cylinder head problem

Hi
I have a 1.4 petrol berlingo and the cylinder head has gone, the engine has 78000 mls on it. Is this a known problem with these engines??

Wouldn't have thought so, these were used in a few cars in the PSA range

More likely down to poor maintenance than anything else.
