2010 XTR 110 - Front door speaker grill removal

Hi All
Has anyone managed to successfully replace the front door speakers in a Multispace later than 2008? Mine is a 2010 XTR Hdi and has a large speaker grill panel that covers virtually the entire width of the front doors and doesn't appear to be prize-offable.
Any pointers appreciated.

Got Citroen to remove the door interior panels then replaced the speakers myself.
