Our young fella bought a 2018 Citroen Berlingo B9 van with the newer OEM touchscreen. He is quite pleased with the unit, especially as it works well mirrored to his Iphone. We recently installed a reversing camera to the van, running to a standalone LCD. I just wanted to find out if it was straight forward to connect the RCA video signal to the OEM touchscreen using a FAKRO-RCA adaptor?
This would allow us to use this main OEM touchscreen for everything.
This is assuming that there is a dedicated video input port for the reversing camera signal.
The van currently has the OEM parking sensors already. Assuming that the reverse camera signal might be received, would the parking sensor display now move to the side to allow the camera video signal to be prioritised, or would the parking sensor display now be centred on top of the camera video?
Also if one of the fakro connectors is for the radio antenna, what are the other two connectors for. Is one for the DAB, and the other for reversing camera.
Thanks for your help.
