2nd Eolys tank, still showing risk of particle filter clogging

So the garage as now finished the clutch and flywheel under warranty. Also a new accelerator pedal.

The Eolys pump was found to be faulty on the first tank, they have replaced with another new tank and after filling the warning message risk of particle filter clogging is active again. It's driving me and the garage crazy. I assume the pump detects the fuel cap been removed? Should it have some visible magnet in the cap?  Also what other options could we try? The vans a 2012 plate.

Says from May onwards they don't have the magnets. Mine was registered 28th May 2012?

The particle filter may be blocked so that needs changing or cleaning.The Eolys fluid helps burn the particles which stay in the DPF and block it.
