I checked 3 berlingos today. and all of them had a tweeter, but the cable was connected to a dummy plug. Arfter moving the connector, the owners was happy

They are pioneer tweeters, and i think they are in all K9's, but the cable is just not connected to the speaker.
take a thin object between the cover and the window devider and pull it away from the window. the plastic cover is hold on by one clip, and just wiggel it of the door cover.
Thought I'd better look at mine.On the driver's side the wiring was correctly connected to the tweeter but on the passenger side the tweeter was not connected and there was no sign of the wiring or the plug. I used my USB endoscope to peer down inside the door card and found the missing plug and was able to retrieve it with a bent coat hanger. Now connected and the radio sounds much better.
A tip for any member looking to remove interior trim fittings; have a look for the part on ebay. The seller will usually post several photos of the part and hopefully show the reverse side and the retaining clips. You can then see which way to push or pull to remove the item
