No hangers and hooks in the car?

I took a delivery of a K9 (in Toyota guise, same car though) in mid-december and love it so far.

Today, however, I was unpleasantly surprised when I wanted to hang my jacket above the rear door (all the cars I've had before had a handle with a little hook/hanger above rear door) - and found out there were no hangers/hooks for clothes in the car. Even more, there are no shopping bag hooks in the boot, either (think hanging gift bags which like to overturn).

Do none ob the K9s have grab handles above the rear door, or is it just mine? (i.e. could I, theoretically, find them as a spare part and screw them in)? 
Has anyone fitted any hooks for smaller shopping bags into the boot? Would you suggest any?


Checking amazon and ali, I found out some hooks that hook onto headrests:

which might do the trick for shopping bags in the boot if fitted to the rear sits (I removed the boot cover), but they might be flimsy or rattling.
