Infotainment update 2019-onwards

How difficult is it to update the infotainment system? Mines a 2019 model. I keep getting messages saying I have an update but the instructions seem to suggest it has to be done via a pc and a memory stick. Is it actually possible? I've tried that method and failed. Dealership isn't helpful with this when it goes in for service. Can it be done over a WiFi connection? Any help appreciated

I found a thumb drive flash drive that worked via a pc.
It wouldn't work with a old memory stick .

I did it for a Peugeot so it should work for a Citroen
