wimpy's pimped MK1
#1
Hello, I,m from Norway, and I want to show you my car Big Grin

The car is a Citroën Berlingo 1,4 Multispace 2000 mod
I bought it spring 2008, when I got it it had 165 000 km on the clock (now it's 235 000 km).
I'm very satisfied with the car, only negative I can say is the gearbox is a bit weak. My aggressive driving have killed 2 differentials Angel

Modifications:
- Tinted windows
- Weitec 30 mm lowering springs in front
- Custom grill
- Laguna lip modified to fit
- Debadged front and rear
- Custom sub box (2x 12")
- 2" cat-back exhaust
- 16" alloy rims
- Green Stuff brake pads in front. (This is a awsome mod, recomended Wink )
- Silver turnsignal bulbs (after pics)
- DRL led strips i frontlip (after pics)

Plans/whises:
- New front seats (old is broken)
- Clear mk2 tail lights
- Custom hood, with badlook
- Black/Grey interior

Stereo:
- Alpine CDE-9880R 4x50W Head-unit
- Pioneer TS-E1002i 4" Front speakers (my local car stereo dealer told me this is the biggest/best that fits with no modification)
- 2x Kicker Comp 12" 300W max
- MTX Tunder 500W monoblock
- No rear speaker connected, but everything is ready for a sett of 6,5"

Very nice, I hate to say it but the misses would have those alloys scuffed up in a week, off subject but how hard is it to tint the windows I am going to do it at some stage just a bit unsure ,can it be removed easily if it gets a bit scratched?

Once it's cleaned up will have to get some pics of the inside of mine, your subs fitted better than mine as mine is just a sub and amp in a box lol. Sound is good enough for me though but want a new stereo for better quality. What stereo have you got? Like the tint too

It can get quite fun, but I'm considering new subs and bigger amp. Now I'm running a 500W MTX amp, but I want more punch Cool

My x-gf scratched 2 of the rims, luckily it's hardly visible on one of them.

When it comes to tinting its easy, I removed the glass from the car, much easier then. (didn't remove rear window of course)When you apply the film use a small cloth around the plastic piece when pushing out the water. (if not you may scratch the film when applying it) How easy to remove depends on the film, but you can compare it to remove a sticker only bigger (its hard to scratch glass so you can try using a razor blade)

Just updated stereo in first post, I want new too. More punch and more quality.
Tint looks good on a small distanse. I'm going redo the front windows, too much scratches on the inside.
