Hello self-diagnosticians, I find that my generic ODB2 box is too big to plug into the socket. Can anyone recommend a version or brand which is a comfortable fit please. Thanks!

DON'T BUY a " RedObd " as they don't work on an M59 ( your model )

You're right, multispacer. I slightly modified the trim to get the donhle in. It didn't work. Local garage reset the airbag code for £20. So which devices _will_ do the job on my 2005 M59 1.6HDI?

Lexia & Peugeot Planet, but, it is a bit involved to get it all to work.
Sheer bloody mindedness got me there in the end.
If you have the official Lexia cable, you will be able end it all
by tying it to the nearest big tree branch.
It is that stupidly long.
