Had a seized one to free off this morning.
It put up a good fight but I eventually won.
I worked it with a ratchet turning backwards and forwards until it turned then put a blunt chisel under its head and pushed as I turned and it slowly came out.
Has anyone got a better way?
It is on my to do list.
But not right at the top

Thanks Pete that's reassuring.
All the other pins were nice and free.
I polished the bad pin with a rotary wire bush and greased it to rake out the gummed up hole.
Cleaned it off again and repeated until I fell asleep.
Finally reassembled with some ceramic brake grease
It should suffice until the pads /disk need changing and then I'll put in new calipers and pins as well in all at once.
It is on my to do list.
