#1
Hi mates, how do i change the bulbs in the dashboard? Actually the odometer needle and background are dark and the rpm area is ok. Thanks in advance.

I dont think they have bulbs, think they are leds mounted onto the instrument panel.

The skodas have smd leds on the instrument panel which can be unsoldered and new ones soldered on , if the Berlingo ones are the same then it should be possible

I think in my m59, and my xsara picasso (worst car ever owned) they were both bulbs, and needed a lot of work to get them replaced, so just got the whole lot done in one go, rather than just the dead bulbs.

I can't see why if they're LED that they would have gone this early in the vehicles life.

I'd look on YouTube for a video or buy a Haynes manual for the procedure ( or both ).

Good luck with it you have my sympathy as I find dash removals a fiddly and frustrating experience.

Gli skoda hanno led smd sul cruscotto che possono essere dissaldati e nuovi saldati, se quelli Berlingo sono uguali dovrebbe essere possibile

Yep, it's my suspect too...

Finally I've changed the whole speedometer, I've found one from a Partner and luckily he had less mileage aof mine so he settled on my real numbers. Found at super price of 38 euro, works perfectly and also has the chrome rings decoration around the clusters which mine didn't had, so win-win ?, thanks everybody
