Not sure about Mutliface models but the B9 van version has an 027 battery.
I can confirm that a type E38 will fit perfectly and you gain a significant performance/capacity increase for not much more money.

It is on my to do list.
But not right at the top

The Multispace has the same as standard (at least mine does).

Handy to know - type E38 is also known as 096.
