Ad Blue Delete via Remap
#1
Hi All,

I know lots of adblue/urea problems have been discussed on here - I've had the tank changed, the injectors changed, NOX sensor changed and I think also a pump changed on my 2015 Berlingo over the last 3 years ish... and today I'm back with a 200 mile count down left this week.

I've really had enough of the damn thing and am not sure what to do - the garage has suggested an ad-blue delete remap.  I searched the forum and didn't find that many discussions of it.  A few people mentioned it was a possibility.

What is the long term implication for the vehicle doing this? Will I end up with a f**ed DPF?

I also hear on some forums about "good" ad-blue deletes versus "bad" ad blue deletes. Can anyone recommend me a specialist in the south east who has experience doing this well?

Regards
Joe

Welcome Joe. I can understand you getting frustrated when things keep going wrong. There are some solid guys/girls here who will hopefully point you in the right direction.

Joe. do you have the codes for the issues that are giving you the countdown?
Both adblue and Nox will produce it, but the Eolys won't.
The Thinkdiag scan tool would clear the countdown and codes, if you could live with doing it every so often.
Without knowing what the current trouble codes are, If you had the tank and Nox sensor replaced, is there no guarantee on the parts?
