Forum "login"

It seems that for the last few days, when I come to the forum, sometimes it takes forever and says the forum may have moved to a new permanent address, and sometimes I'm getting a capture thing to verify that I'm not a robot. 

Is this a new system interface, or is there issues with the forum? It's got me a little confused.

Thanks Apollo, it seemed intermittent on both WiFi and mobile data. I know I'm on a lot, but I didn't think that would cause these issues.

Having not received any email notifications since last December, and having given up on the forum, all of a sudden I got notifications again a few days ago! My guess is that it's related to the same update?
